Universal Time
Loosely, this refers to mean time kept at Greenwich on the Prime (or zero) meridian of longitude. Also commonly known as GMT (Greenwich Mean Time).
Universal Time (UT) has a number of related variants (eg. UT1, UT2, UTC) however for sundialing purposes, they are interchangeable.
Calculate it!
The Sun API uses the Universal Time scale for all user functions. Internally the Dynamical Timescale is used for astronomical calculations.
