Daylight Saving Time
At the approach to the summer season, Daylight Saving Time changes a timezone's time by 1 or 2 hours. As winter approaches the zone's time reverts to the 'normal' time for that timezone.Calculate it!
The Sun API supports Daylight Saving Time through subtracting an hour (or two) from the timezone.
